Units/cm2 of reagent pad: Glucose Oxidase 6.8%, Peroxidase 2.5%, 3-Methyl-2-Benzothiazolinone Hydrazone Hydrochloride 6.0% 3-Dimethylaminobenzoic Acid 12.7%
Warnings:
Do not use beyond expiration date.
Use within 4 months from date first opened.
Store in cool dry place, under (30 degrees C) 86 degrees F.
Do not refrigerate.
Do not use if seal at either end is broken or missing.
