$79.00 FREE SHIPPING only applies to the UPS Ground option for the 48 Continental United States. FREE UPS Shipping excludes packages to Alaska and Hawaii

*What are qualified orders? Most orders over $79.00 will qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Some exceptions will apply for heavy weight items. For those items there is a reduced shipping cost when you spend $79.00 or more.

UPS Ground shipping is our preferred method of shipping and shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order. Typical time to arrive to you is 2-6 Business days after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped.

U.S.Postal Service Priority Mail minimum price is $5.85 per order and increases with weight of order. This price includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Typical time to arrive to you is 3-5 Business days after the order is processed. No Package Tracking information is available from the US Postal Service.

DOT restrictions on air shipping
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:

Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream and inhalers.Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish remover and bunion treatments. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground only delivery for orders that contain DOT restricted products.

Hocks.com does not ship DOT restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Next Day and 2nd day Air packages will ship no later than 48 business hours after receipt of order. Normal business shipping hours are Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm

2nd Day Air shipping rates vary by order weight.
Typical time to arrive to you is 2 Business days after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped.

Next Day Air shipping rates vary by order weight.
Typical time to arrive to you is 1 Business day after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped. Please note Next Day Air packages sent on Friday will not arrive until Monday. You can request Saturday delivery when you check out for an additional $30.00 charge. This charge will be charged separately after we receive your order.

We require a signature on all Next day
and 2nd day Air packages for first time customers. Once you have established an account with us, you can waive the signature required by checking the repeat customer box when you check out.

UPS Ground shipping does not include Saturday delivery.
If you need Saturday delivery you will need to choose either Next Day or 2nd Day Air and pay an additional $30.00 for Saturday delivery. If you request Saturday Delivery, you will be billed separately for this service.
At this time, we can ship to street addresses
(all shipping methods) and P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. Addresses (United States Postal Service Priority Mail)
within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally.

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday.

For large orders, UPS may be the most appropriate and cost effective means for shipping. Please contact us to discuss shipping alternatives for your order if you are in doubt.

Shipping Insulin: Hocks.com is committed to delivering quality medicines. Most of our shipments are delivered safely using standard Ground or Priority Mail shipping.

However, to ensure the quality of your order, any order that contains a refrigerated item can only be shipped as a Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Package. This is because standard shipping methods do not guarantee that the medicine will be kept at the proper temperature in transit.

If your order includes refrigerated items, it requires Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and will not qualify for free shipping. You can save on shipping charges by requesting a larger quantity of insulin on each order.

Orders containing Insulin will only ship to arrive on weekdays Tuesday thru Friday.

Shipping Test Strips in Hot and Cold weather:
Blood glucose test strips are able to withstand major temperature changes without affecting their accuracy. To verify the integrity of your test strips that you believe may have been exposed to extreme temperatures, manufacturers suggest using control solution on each box of test strips you open. If the control test is within the range listed on your diabetic test strips, your strips are reading properly.

Item Status: Occasionally an item's status will change after you place your order but before we process it. In this case we will use the guidance you provided us during the check out process.

If your only shipping option is UPS Default Shipping $5.00. You need to remove any products that are aerosol type items or flammable items, these items cannot be shipped Priority Mail or to P.O. Boxes or Change your Ship To Address to a street address and have the order shipped UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
