Instructions for use:

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water.

2. Pat hands dry.

3. Select fingertip site slightly off-center to minimize discomfort.

4. Remove protective lancet cover.

5. Massage or squeeze fingertip to increase blood flow.

6. Insert lancet into a lancing device and use to puncture skin.

7. Apply blood to test strip, wipe fingertip with a soft tissue or dry cotton ball until bleeding stops.

8. Dispose of lancet in an appropriate container.

Caution:
When removing lancet from box, if protective cover is off or missing, do not use lancet. After use, please dispose of lancet in an appropriate container.
