Directions:
Take with a large glass of water, two capsules with lunch and two capsules with dinner. Not to exceed 2 servings in any 8-hour period. For a significant energy boost, take 2 capsules anytime as needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. For maximum weight loss, this product should be taken in conjunction with a healthy eating plan as suggested by the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program.
Note: For persons sensitive to the effects of xanthine (i.e. caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants), start by taking only 1 capsule as directed above and do not exceed a total of 2 capsules per day. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and and occasionally, rapid heart beat.
