Local Residents now have two options of purchasing items from hocks.com Option #1) If you wish to purchase items that you see on our hocks.com website and pick them up personally at 732 W. National Road or 535 S. Dixie Drive, you will need to have a copy of the web page showing the product and the price. Please be aware these prices are only valid as cash sales. Hocks.com does not bill insurances for any items. Also please note not all items listed on the website are available for immediate pick up. Some may require us 24-48 hours to have them available for pick up. If you see an item on the website and want to inquire about it before coming in, You can call 898-5803 and press option 3, Internet Sales. Our Internet Sales Department is located in the same building as Hock's Medical Supply. Option #2 You can now place your order on line and when you check out, choose the location you would like to pick your order up at. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Thank You, Dominic

Question: How long after I place my order will it ship from your facility?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you place them. Orders only ship Monday thru Friday


Question: Do you accept large quantity orders?

Yes we do, but orders with quantities exceeding 100 pieces may require special ordering and may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped. If you want to place an order for a large quantity, we suggest you e-mail us or call us toll free at 1-800-898-8570 with the quantity you would like to purchase. We will then be able to give you more accurate information regarding product availability and approximate shipping time.


Question: Can Points and Discounts be used together?

Discounts based on the order total are taken after Points or Coupons are redeemed.If you redeem points when your order is close for Free shipping, it may drop your order total below the $79.00 required for Free Shipping. If you use points or coupons, and you are close to one of the sales discount break points, it may lower your order total below the threshold to get the higher discount.


Question: Do you offer quantity discounts?

We feel our prices are very competitive in the marketplace, and do not offer any additional discounts based on volume.

Question: Do You Sell Prescription Drugs also?

We only fill and ship prescriptions to persons living in Ohio, Indiana and Virginia. Hock's Vandalia Pharmacy is licensed by the Board's of Pharmacy in the States of Ohio, Indiana and Virginia to provide prescriptions to Residents of those states. We do not fill any prescriptionsfor controlled substances by mail. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American ExpressWe DO NOT Accept Purchase Orders


Question: Are my online payments secure?

Yes, we use a secure server with 128 bit encryption to process all payment information. In addition, we do not store any of your credit card information on line.


Question: Where is Hocks.com located

We are a 100% US Based Company. Our brick and mortar Retail Pharmacy is Located at 535 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia Ohio 45377. We have been in business since 1948 and are a member of the Dayton area Better Business Bureau. Our Hocks.com internet distribution center is located 1/2 mile away at 732 W. National Road, Vandalia, Ohio 45377 and have been selling on-line since 1997.


Question: What are QuickList Favorites?

QuickList Favorites allow you to save your frequently ordered items for faster re-ordering. To access your QuickList Favorites, just login to your account. Once you login to your account you will see a link to your QuickList Favorites. From there you can place items in your shopping cart quickly, edit your list or shop from new items.


Question: Why do the prices found when surfing the web differ from what is on your site?

We use a variety of ways to promote our website. Sometimes prices change before the search engines or comparison shopping sites get our prices updated. Therefore we will only honor the prices found directly on our website.


Question: How do I know if my order went through?

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, chances are your order was never completed. If you have any doubts, please call us at 1-800-898-8570 and we can confirm if we received your order.


Question: Do You accept Relay Calls?

No. We do not accept operated assisted Relay calls..


Question: How do I log out of my account?

You can click the "login" link again and you will now see the logout link.You will also be logged out by:
1) Completing an order or
2) Leaving your shopping cart open for more than 1 hour.


Question: How do I change my password?

Login to your account with your current login name and password. Then look in the right column and click on the Customer Login/out again. Change your password and hit update toward the bottom of the page. Your new password will be saved.


Question: Does Hocks.com bill insurance companies for purchases made online from Hocks.com?

Hocks.com is a separate division from Hock's Pharmacy. The only way pharmacy prescription receipts can be obtained is for customers to send their prescriptions to Hock's Vandalia Pharmacy at 535 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia Ohio 45377. We would then process the prescriptions and provide prescription receipts for patients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Prescription prices would not be the same as those on Hocks.com, but rather those of the retail pharmacy.
Hocks.com prices are for mail order sales only.
