Uses
For temporary relief of occasional minor irritation, pain, sore mouth, and sore throat. For protection of irritated areas in sore mouth and sore throat. Fast pain relief plus cooling Vicks vapors.
Directions
May be repeated every 2 hours or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 12 years should be supervised when using this product. Children under 3 years: Ask a doctor or dentist. For relief of sore throat irritation and pain (oral anesthetic/analgesic): Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply 4-5 sprays to affected area. Children 3 to under 12 years: Apply 2-3 sprays to affected area. Allow to remain in place at least 15 seconds and then spit out. For protection of irritated areas in throat and mouth (oral demulcent): Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply 4-5 sprays to affected area. Children 3 to under 12 years: Apply 2-3 sprays to affected area. Gargle, swish in mouth at least 1 minute and spit out.
Warnings
Stop use and ask a doctor if: sore throat is severe or lasts more than 2 days; sore throat is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting; sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens; difficulty in breathing occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
