Acne Medication
Uses
For the treatment and management of acne. Helps prevent new pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. The proven effectiveness of Benzoyl Peroxide - Now available in a pad without a prescription. Proven Acne-Fighter: Penetrating formula: works inside pores. Releases oxygen: eliminates acne-causing bacteria. Gentle, yet effective: clears up, and helps prevent breakouts without irritation. Dries invisible: skin looks and feels clean. Convenient Medicated Pad: Smooth application: even coverage where needed or all over. Soft: gently helps remove dirt and oil, which can clog pores. Large: twice the size of ordinary medicated pads (each pad is 3-1/4 inches x 3-1/4 inches). Individually wrapped: won't dry out.
Directions
Use the pad to wipe the entire affected area. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily as needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside use a sunscreen. Allow Stri-Dex Benzoyl Peroxide Power Pads to dry, then follow directions in the sunscreen labeling. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue use of both products and consult a doctor.
Warnings
When using this product avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. For external use only. Using other topical acne medications at the same time or immediately following use of this product may increase dryness or irritation of the skin. If this occurs, only one medication should be used unless directed by a doctor. Keep away from eyes, lips and mouth. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Avoid contact with clothing and household/furniture surfaces to prevent possible staining/bleaching.
