Frosting Mix
Uses
Sugar free. Reduced calorie: 50% fewer calories than regular frosting. 60 calories per serving. Only 4 g of fat per serving. Cholesterol free. Low sodium. Just add water. Certified kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council.
Directions
1. Empty: Contents of package into mixing bowl. Add: 1/2 cup of cold water to contents of package. 2. Whip: Using an electric mixer, blend on lowest speed until mix is blended. Slowly increase the mixer speed until highest speed is reached, whipping for a total of 5 minutes. 3. Yield: 1-1/2 cups frosting = to frost 3-8 inch cake layers (1/2 cup per layer). For Fudge Topping: Combine 1/4 cup hot water to contents of package. Stir until smooth. Serve 1 teaspoon drizzled over a cupcake or frozen dietary dessert. Store leftover topping in a closed container. Chilled topping can be warmed to room temperature, then thinned with a little water to desired consistency. Yield: 5 fluid ounces hot fudge topping.
