Ingredients
Reagent Composition qty/cm2, glucose oxidase 12.5 U, Bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-(4-hydroximino-cyclohexa-2,5-dienyl-idene)-ammonium chloride 35 ug, 2,18-Phosphomolybdate 191.4 ug, Nonreactive ingredients + buffer 8.1 mg.
Warnings
Store at room temperature (less than 86 degrees F, 30 degrees C). Do not freeze. For in vitro diagnostic use. Do not use if blister seals on outside of package are broken or not present."
