Uses
Zinc is essential for cell division and growth and assists in the formation of DNA, the cell's genetic material.* Zinc is also important for assisting in the proper functioning of the hormone insulin and promoting immune system health.* Coated for easy swallowing.
Directions
For adults, take one (1) caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not take more than one caplet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not take with other zinc-containing supplements. Do not exceed recommended dose.
