Purpose:
Incontinent Cleanser and Deodorizer for Quick, Soothing Cleanup.
Uses: For perineal cleansing of urine and Emulsifies feces for gentle, easy cleaning. Peri-Wash is pH balanced to the acid mantle of the skin.
Precautions:
Stop using this product: if skin irritation develops. For external use only.
Directions:
For single patient use only.
Feces and Diarrheal Cleanup:
1. Spray 2-3 mists of Peri-Wash on all fecal matter.
2. Remove bulk of feces in usual manner.
3. Spray 2-3 mists of Peri-Wash on warm, moist washcloth.
Cleanse skin of all remaining residue.
4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Routine Perineal Area Care:
Peri-Wash may be diluted 1:1 with water. Simply spray perineal area with diluted solution, wash and rinse with warm water. Pat dry.

Purified Water, TEA-Lauryl Sulfate, Disodium Cocamphodipropionate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerin, PPG-12-PEG-65 Lanolin Oil, Citric Acid, Sodium Styrene/PEG-10 Maleate/Nonoxynol-10 Maleate/Acrylates Copolymer, Quaternium-15, Benzethonium Chloride and FD&C Yellow #.
