Ear Plugs

Uses
Sleep better naturally. Protects hearing by reducing harmful noise. Reusable or disposable. One size fits all. Noise reduction rating 29 decibels (when used as directed).

Directions
Follow these directions for effective and comfortable use. With clean hands, roll plug back and forth between fingers into a tight cylinder. Immediately insert compressed plug into ear canal. Hold plug in place until it expands to give snug comfortable fit.

Warnings
Improper fit of this device will reduce its effectiveness in attenuating noise. Consult instructions for proper fit. The level of noise entering a person's ear when hearing protector is worn as directed is closely approximated by the difference between the A-weighted environmental noise level and the NRR. EXAMPLE: (1) The environmental noise level as measured at the ear is 92 dBA. (2) The NRR is 29. (3) The level of noise entering the ear is 63 dBA. For noise environments dominated by frequencies below 500 Hz the C-weighted environmental noise level should be used. Although hearing protectors can be recommended for protection against the harmful effects of impulsive noise, the Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an accurate indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise such as gunfire.

I have been using Quiet, please foam ear plugs for the past 8 years.  I use them every night.  My husband began snoring quite loudly a few years ago and both of us were losing sleep, me because of his snoring and him because I kept nudging him to turn over and consequently waking him; sometime 10-15 times a night. After checking him out with the doctor, he was fine; we were getting desperate thinking we would have to sleep in separate rooms. After 30 years of marriage we did not like that option. Since I began using the ear plugs I have not been awakened by his snoring once in 8 years.  I don't even hear thunder storms that my friends say woke them up and kept them up all night.  I just blissfully sleep on.  This is a wonderful product and I can't sleep without them.
