Uses
Produces any desired consistency quickly, easily and controllably without changing the taste or appearance of the liquids and foods it thickens.
Directions
Sprinkle in DIAFOODS THICK-IT while stirring briskly until dissolved. Or use a hand mixer or blender at low speed for no more than 5-10 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX. After mixing, wait 30 seconds for liquid to thicken. Recommended usage per 4 fl oz: LIQUIDS: For nectar consistency, 1-2 Tbsp. For honey consistency, 2-3 Tbsp. For pudding consistency, 3-4 Tbsp. PUREED FOODS: For nectar consistency, 1 tsp. For honey consistency, 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. For pudding consistency, 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp. NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS: For nectar consistency, 2 Tbsp. For honey consistency, 3 Tbsp. For pudding consistency, 4 Tbsp.
