Indications
For temporary relief of the following symptoms: minor aches & pains, headache, sore throat pain, temporarily reduces fever, and helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to drain bronchial tubes to make coughs more productive.
Directions
Do not use more than directed (see overdose warning)
Children under 12 years of age: ask doctor.
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 caplets, every 4 hours, while symptoms persist. Do not use more than 12 caplets in 24 hours
Store at room temperature.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Acetaminophen (325mg), Guaifenesin (200mg)
Warnings
Tamper Evident inner unit. Do not use if foil seal is torn or broken.
Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Sore Throat Warning: If sore throat is severe or persistent, is accompanied or followed by high fever, headache, nausea, or vomiting consult a doctor promptly. Do not use for more than 2 days or give to children under 3 years of age unless directed by a doctor.Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
Do not use:
For nor than 7 days
With any other products containing acetaminophen. (See overdose Warning)
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
chronic cough that lasts or as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product do not use more than directed.
When using nighttime product:
excitability may occur, especially in children
may cause drowsiness
alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
avoid alcoholic drinks
be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
new symptoms occur
you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless
redness or swelling is present
pain or cough gets worse or lasts more than 7 days
fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
cough comes back or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
